John Ziegler

Ambassador Software Works

John Ziegler is a partner and Vice President of Patient Experience Improvement and Business Development with Ambassador Software Works. Ambassador is a healthcare technology company that uses proprietary algorithms and AI to guide caregiver/patient engagements on site or remotely to reduce costs and improve overall quality scores.​

​John brings over 25 years of operations and data-driven marketing experience to healthcare solutions development. Over the last 10 years John has worked with medical device start-ups before joining Ambassador. John has a passion for finding solutions that operationalize the vast amounts of data available to organizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering on their mission.​

​John also serves as the Past-President and Board Chair of the 1500-member Central Ohio Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Managers Association (HFMA), which has 68,000 members nationally.  ​

​John is a graduate of Wake Forest University where he played varsity soccer and has an M. S. from Rochester Institute of Technology. John is a passionate continuous learner holding multiple certificate degrees in entrepreneurship, finance and analytics.​

George Dial

Bloo Wraith Innovations

George Dial is  the founder of Bloo Wraith, an emerging technology consulting and product development firm working with government and corporate partners to develop strategic solutions for process improvement and business development initiatives.​

​George brings product development and strategic planning experience from multiple industries. Prior to Bloo Wraith, he worked as an investment banker focused on healthcare. He also worked in corporate innovation for Safelite Group, North America’s largest multi-faceted vehicle glass, and claims management service. His primary role was identifying new opportunities for enterprise modernization and creating go-to-market strategies for new product releases. He provided business development consulting for Klarna, a fintech startup focused in creating financing plans for consumer goods, resulting in nearly 1 billion in additional value. He brings a diverse background in asset management, venture capital, investment banking, and corporate innovation. George serves as a committee member for Social Ventures, a social impact investment fund. ​

​George is a graduate of Ohio State University where he studied Financial Services. He is passionate about the advancement of emerging technology and AI research.

Neil Johnson

Lawrence, Evans & Co., LLC

Neil Johnson has more than 22 years of healthcare investment banking, private equity, and startup company experience including completion of over $1 billion of corporate finance transactions involving merger and acquisitions, equity and corporate debt financings as well as distressed asset acquisitions and divestitures.  ​

​As Managing Partner of Lawrence, Evans & Co., LLC, Mr. Johnson’s responsibilities primarily include deal sourcing and evaluation, transaction structuring, securing financing including debt and equity, and fundraising. Many of the completed transactions have involved acute care hospitals, senior housing, home health, behavioral health, revenue cycle management, health IT, big data, analytics or other services related companies.​

​Prior to forming Lawrence, Evans & Co., LLC, Mr. Johnson worked at one of the largest asset based healthcare lenders in the country and spent time with what is now the national healthcare investment bank Lument as an underwriter. Prior experiences include time as a healthcare bond trader managing over $100 million in assets at a regional based investment advisor. Neil spent time in Germany with an internet start-up focused on digital coupons and rewards and was co-founder and completed a successful sale of an internet consumer marketing company.​

  ​Neil is a board member and executive of several other companies and private funds.   He is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth ACG, Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society HIMSS, Healthcare Business Management Association HBMA, Healthcare Financial Management Association HFMA, participates in the First Connect Bio Medical Steering Committee as well as an education contributor to the Harvard Business School and founder of the annual Healthcare Capital Markets & Innovation Summit.​

​He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from Albion College. Mr. Johnson received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Ohio State University Max M. Fisher College of Business.  He is also a 1994 NCAA National Football Champion, Albion College Hall of Fame Individual and 4 Team Member and NCAA Post Graduate Scholarship Recipient.
